For the best results, we recommend a clear, 3D, 4D, 5D, or 6D unobstructed color ultrasound image of your baby’s face taken between 24–38 weeks of pregnancy. The image should show distinct facial features with minimal obstructions, such as hands or feet, covering no more than 50% of the face.
How do I upload my ultrasound image?
During the ordering process, you can upload your ultrasound image directly on our platform. Ensure the file size does not exceed 10 MB, and the image meets the requirements above for optimal results.
What happens if my ultrasound image doesn’t meet the requirements?
If your ultrasound image does not meet the necessary criteria for a realistic transformation, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
How long does it take to receive my enhanced image?
You will receive your lifelike image within 2 business days after completing your order.
Can I choose my baby’s skin tone?
Yes, you can select your baby’s skin tone from our options.
